Return Policy
The return and exchange policy for Powerlnik Green Home Solutions products is described in the Terms and Conditions section. For more information, please refer to the Terms and Conditions, which are listed below for reference.
Delivery Arrangement
The decision on shipment of goods starts from the order confirmation date, which is the moment when the payment has been confirmed, not when the customer has submitted all the required order documents or information.
If the goods cannot be delivered to the customer on the delivery time due to unexpected circumstances, such as natural disasters, war and other force majeure, operational interruptions, delayed or non-delivery of raw materials or suppliers, labor shortages, strikes or labor disputes, etc., the delivery time will be postponed according to reasonable circumstances. When market conditions return to normal, the delivery process will resume as usual. For such unforeseen delivery delays, we reserve the right to completely withdraw from the order or agreement, and in this case, the customer will be refunded the actual amount paid (only by check refund), excluding freight, and excluding any interest or fees incurred. Customers must provide the necessary information to complete the cheque refund. If the information provided is insufficient, Powerlink Green Home Solutions reserves the right to terminate the refund. In case of any dispute, Powerlink Green Home Solutions reserves the right to make the final decision without further notice.
If necessary, Powerlink Green Home Solutions reserves the right to change the delivery mode as usual without prior notice or compensation.
Payment Terms
The order is confirmed only when the customer has completed the payment process. Regardless of the payment method, the payment must be transferred to the bank account designated by Powerlink Green Home Solutions without any charges or costs to us. The order is considered completed when we confirm that the payment has been successfully received from the customer.
Once the payment is successfully confirmed, the goods will be shipped. Any order confirmed by the customer cannot be cancelled.
Product Guarantee
We will not accept returns for any replacement items, items that have been replaced or returned for previously assembled items, items whose packaging has been opened or damaged, discounted or displayed items, and all products that have been cut.
Items that have been cut according to customer's order instructions, such as window stickers and sheet products, will not be exchanged, returned or have their orders cancelled.
We reserve the right not to accept returns due to subjective reasons, such as color difference, different from what you expected, or the product does not look good.
Any claim involving the quantity or quality of the goods, including hidden defects of the goods, as long as they are deemed not to be caused by intentional or accidental damage, can be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and the original receipt must be submitted within 7 days of purchase for replacement. For hidden defects of the goods, the customer shall be responsible for all burden of proof and incurred expenses in the process of defect detection and certification.
If we confirm that the goods can be exchanged, the customer shall be entitled to exchange only for products of the same type, specification and size according to the terms. Any request for exchange of product type, specification or size will not be entertained. Exchanges will only be accepted if the goods are in new condition as sent out, including the same number of parts, quantity, quality, packaging, etc. The customer shall also bear all costs of returning the goods to Powerlink Green Home Solutions office or place of business.
If the item cannot be exchanged due to out of stock, the customer has the right to exchange it for another item of a value equal to the original purchase price, excluding the shipping costs stated on the receipt. No refunds will be given for any purchase after the customer has confirmed the order.
If we are unable to correct the defect in the product, cannot provide an exchange of the same product, or cannot arrange an exchange for another product, in this case Powerlink Green Home Solutions has the right to withdraw from the confirmed order and we will refund the customer's actual payment (only by cheque refund), excluding shipping costs, and no interest or fees incurred. Customers must provide the necessary information to complete the cheque refund. If the information provided is insufficient, Powerlink Green Home Solutions reserves the right to terminate the refund. Shipping costs are not refundable under any circumstances. In case of any dispute, Powerlink Green Home Solutions reserves the right to make the final decision without further notice.
